iNPACE WORKS publishes images on public occasions, such as events, seminars, or courses, on the website and / or social media.

The purpose of social media is to profile iNPACE DIGITAL AB, reach out to potential and current clients – and attract new employees to the company. The comment functions are used to create commitment and engage in dialogue with our target groups.
Offensive or derogatory comments are not accepted and will be moderated / removed as soon as possible. If you discover offensive or derogatory comments on our social media, please contact us immediately at gdpr@inpace.works. It is always the person who has written the comments who is ultimately responsible for what has been written.

THE PURPOSE OF THE COLLECTION
We may need to process data in connection with communication with you, e.g. if you request data or contact us or any of our partners. If you are an end client and call our support or sales department, the call may be recorded. We do this to train our employees, ensure the quality of the calls that have been received and to improve our voicemail and contact channels.

We store recorded calls for 30 days. Other data will be used in the cases described in this privacy policy depending on what the end client wanted during the call to iNPACE WORKS
Client data is data that is linked to your or your business’s service / s – for example name, address, e-mail address, telephone number. It can also be data about what services you have and how you use them. We may also store orders, user IDs, passwords, and other data that you have provided in your contacts with us.
iNPACE WORKS uses different suppliers’ products and services for our IT infrastructure. This means that these providers may process your personal data. iNPACE WORKS may also share your personal data with subcontractors in cases where this is required to deliver the agreed service or product. In these cases, subcontractors and suppliers are then personal data assistants to iNPACE WORKS and may only process your personal data in accordance with our instructions and rules.
